Hi everyone, my name is Vikrant Chhabra, and I run Shyam Plastic Industries on Gill Road.

As our business grew, our team expanded from around 10 people to 30–35. With that growth came challenges in coordination, teamwork, and sales. We were growing, but our systems weren’t keeping up, and I realized we needed the right guidance.
