Sushil Arora, a distinguished Life & Business Coach at the Indian Institute of Human Excellence & Development (IIHED), holds a Global Business Management credential from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIM-A). With nearly 25+ years of experience, he excels in team coaching and leadership development. Having delivered global leadership seminars and corporate workshops across the Middle East, U.S., South Africa, and beyond, he has guided professionals and industrialists toward success. His clients include respected institutions such as HDFC Bank, DCB Bank, Indian Overseas Bank, Tally Accounting Solutions, Reckitt Benckiser (Mortein), YKK, K.S. Munjal Industries, Gadoni Fashions, and others. Known for his dynamic, interactive delivery—featuring management games and high-energy storytelling—he continues to inspire transformation in individuals and teams.
Sushil Arora is widely recognised for his interactive training style, using unique management games that are self-explanatory, experiential, and impactful. Drawing from real-life experiences, he combines a fine sense of humour with a high level of contagious energy, making every workshop engaging and result-oriented.
Coach Sushil has also conducted teacher training workshops at institutions such as Polytechnic College Jammu, St. Francis Convent School Barnala, St. GDS Convent School, and KVM Kundan Vidya Mandir Ludhiana, leaving a lasting impact on the education community. Loved by children as well, he runs “Sanskaar Pathshala”, a value-based education initiative conducted across schools to build strong character and life skills.

On the personal front, he is a proud silver-jubilee blood donor, happily married to Monika Arora, and blessed with two children who enjoy the warmth and love of their family.
